INSTALLATION PROCESS

From bolt-box assembly to steel erection.

A six-stage process that integrates with existing site procedures, drawings and engineer requirements.

Review the project

   Structural steel layout

→   Baseplate details

   Bolt diameter and projection

   Cone size and quantities

Prepare the bolt assembly

   Assemble holding-down bolts

→   Fit Centraliser units

   Insert into waxed cone

   Verify central location

Fix the assembly

   Secure to setting template

→   Check level and projection

   Confirm cone stability

   Complete pre-pour inspection

Concrete Pour

   Pour and compact concrete

→   Monitor bolt assemblies

   Avoid impact damage

   Confirm bolt position

Strip and inspect

   Remove setting templates

→   Inspect bolt position

   Protect the bolt void

   Retain protective components

06

Steel erection

   Offer baseplate onto bolts

→   Use available tolerances

   Complete levelling and grouting

   Final fixing per engineer
