A six-stage process that integrates with existing site procedures, drawings and engineer requirements.

Review the project
→ Structural steel layout
→ Baseplate details
→ Bolt diameter and projection
→ Cone size and quantities

Prepare the bolt assembly
→ Assemble holding-down bolts
→ Fit Centraliser units
→ Insert into waxed cone
→ Verify central location

Fix the assembly
→ Secure to setting template
→ Check level and projection
→ Confirm cone stability
→ Complete pre-pour inspection

Concrete Pour
→ Pour and compact concrete
→ Monitor bolt assemblies
→ Avoid impact damage
→ Confirm bolt position

Strip and inspect
→ Remove setting templates
→ Inspect bolt position
→ Protect the bolt void
→ Retain protective components
06
Steel erection
→ Offer baseplate onto bolts
→ Use available tolerances
→ Complete levelling and grouting
→ Final fixing per engineer
