How it works?
STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Installation Process
Step 1: Fit the Centraliser®
The Centraliser® is securely fixed onto the holding-down bolt, ensuring it is held in the correct central position.
Step 2: Position Within the Cone
The bolt and Centraliser® assembly is placed within the waxed cardboard cone, maintaining consistent spacing and alignment.
Step 3: Concrete Pour
During the pour, the Centraliser® prevents bolt movement, keeping alignment accurate and within tolerance.
Step 4: Remove Cone
Once the concrete has cured, the cone is removed, leaving a clean void and perfectly aligned bolt ready for steel installation.

What is it?
A simple, reliable system designed to maintain precise bolt alignment throughout the concrete pour.
The Centraliser® system works by securing holding-down bolts in a fixed, central position within the bolt box during the concrete pour — preventing movement and ensuring accurate alignment for steel installation.
Built for site conditions. Proven in practice.

THE PROBLEM
Misaligned bolts create problems long after the concrete has been poured.
Traditional bolt-box assemblies can allow waxed cones to move, distort or become damaged during installation and concreting. When bolts move away from their intended position, valuable baseplate tolerances may be consumed before steel erection begins
WITHOUT CENTRALISER

WITH CENTRALISER

01
Bolts drift from their intended centre
04
Baseplates do not align cleanly
02
Cones lean, move or collapse
05
Bolts require adjustment or remedial work
03
Concrete and debris enter the bolt void
06
Steel erection is delayed
